Biography

Amelia completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage through Evolve College in 2024. Her interest in massage therapy grew from her own experience with chronic neck and lower back pain, where she discovered firsthand the benefits massage can have in relieving discomfort and improving overall wellbeing.

Over the past three years, Amelia has worked with Hockey NSW, providing massage treatments to teams competing at the Men’s Masters National Championships. This experience has allowed her to work closely with athletes, supporting their recovery, movement and physical performance throughout the competition.

Amelia has a strong belief in looking at the body holistically, recognising the connection between physical, mental and emotional aspects of health and wellbeing, and how they can influence one another. She values building a complete picture of what may be contributing to pain or discomfort, allowing her to tailor treatments that address both the symptoms and their potential underlying causes.

Through her treatments, Amelia loves helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies and move more freely. Her goal is to help you feel lighter, improve your movement and continue enjoying the activities you love.

Amelia looks forward to working alongside the team at The Physio Joint, combining remedial massage with the team’s physiotherapy expertise to provide a collaborative, holistic approach to your treatment and ongoing wellbeing.
